This course will give you a good understanding of what palm oil is and how it is farmed, harvested and processed. You will also understand why certification is necessary. You will learn more about the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil and the work they are doing to address the issues that arise out of the production of the oil. The course allows you to carefully go through the RSPO Supply Chain Certification standard. Supporting documents, notes and video clips are included to help you understand and implement the system. You will need access to YouTube to view some of the videos.

The course is designed for personal study and for one person at a time. You may not copy or extract any part of the course to be used for any other purpose.
